Mediation, arbitration, and collaborative divorce can save you time and money while minimizing conflict and blame.  I will help you decide what works best for you.

Children’s College Costs and Expenses
You need to be prepared by the time your children apply to colleges.  I will work with you to determine appropriate contributions and level of child support. 

Post Judgment Enforcement and Modifications
Sometimes circumstances change after divorces are final, or there is a failure to comply with the terms of your divorce. Legal advice is extremely important in understanding your options.

Collaborative divorce uses a unique team approach with a goal to settle all of your issues without going to court.  I am trained in this approach to guide you through managing your own divorce.
