Collaborative divorce uses a team approach with a goal to settle all of your issues without going to court. Your team would include both attorneys, and could also include coaches, child specialists, financial advisors, forensic accountants or other professionals as appropriate to assist in resolving your unique issues. Instead of a judge, you control the decisions to be made and you manage the cost, which tends to be far less than the cost of litigation. It’s a very hands on approach and can be very beneficial to both spouses involved in the settlement. I have been trained in the collaborative approach and will represent you in this process. I find it fulfilling to guide people in their own resolutions.
